1. Devs - Tutorial Problem/Fix - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
Yeah, something is weird in the training deadspaces. I popped 10 rocks with 1 veld each, before I found a rock that contained 200+ veld. It's like an evil gremlin with an EP-S miner and an asteroid scanner has sucked them all dry for the fun of it...

2. CCP's silence (when are the sound changes coming?) - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Sound update. Yum. That is sorely needed. I think however that it may have been delayed by the release of Windows Vista. As some of you may be aware, in their infinite wisdom, and great care to maintain backwards compatibility - Microsoft have de...

3. The new nanos: Clarification? - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Edited by: Ariya Arnaud on 17/03/2007 11:34:10 After patch we'll see this: - Overdrive Injection Systems give a velocity bonus only. - Nanofiber Internal Structures give a mass reduction bonus only. - Inertia stabilizers give an agility bonus...

4. GET RID OF THE PRIVATE AUCTION!! - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
The freeform contracts were designed for internal corp missions, nothing else. It allows a freight dispatcher to set up missions to corpmembers about what needs to be hauled where, and the armory officer to let people help buy the 45 types of modu...

5. Thank you, Devs. Really. - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Originally by: Alpine 69 I think it freakin blows, i lost 2 months on the skills new people don't have to train, thats 1/7th of my playing time, pretty unfair isnt it? whats next, putting new players ingame with a 100m and command ship sk...

6. Dominix change (by pure drones user) - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
Quote: Proof or stfu ? Stop obsessing about numbers and get your ass into low-sec. Dominix is a pretty damned feared battleship, and with ever right. It certainly gets as many kills as any other - probably much more. Skilled pirate corps...

7. Low Sec - This Needs To Be Fixed - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Edited by: Ariya Arnaud on 17/03/2007 10:42:47 Well... First of all, more than 50% of the people in low-sec are pirates. Simple fact. Second, they are no-where near as dangerous as people think. On my third day, I moved into 0.3 with my Imicus...

8. Amarr Heavy Destroyer - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
I wouldn't use a destroyer for missions. It's too easily shot down. That said... Destroyers are quite terrifying in PvP. They are harder than hell to use, but used correctly, they are downright scary. The sheer damage output, and the range at whi...

9. Thank you, Devs. Really. - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
I just now created a new char. First one after Revelations. Oh my. What a difference. Now you start with a bundle of useful skills, making the early game more appealing - and making the game more attractive to young first-time players. Nice touch...

11. Nano-Nerf on Singularity - in Test Server Feedback [original thread]
I'd prefer a stacking penalty, and leave the modules otherwise as is. First Modules: 100% Second Module: 50% Third Module: 25% ... Something like that. Kills the nano-ships, but leaves the small speed-freaks -mostly- alone. Sure would be much be...

12. Bounty hunting Fix Idea - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
Adding a way to delete a player's skill points? Even for a price - it can be abused. I'm sure some people would be more than willing to place a 100 mil bounty on someone, and then kill them to see them lose 10% of that in SP (One year's worth of t...

13. Nano Nerf: Scan Res/Sensor Strength - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
I'll agree that they need to be given some kind of penalty - not because the nano-ships are overpowered, but because they are silly, unintentional and completely theme-breaking. Battleships are not suposed to be faster than interceptors. In the m...

Edited by: Ariya Arnaud on 05/03/2007 15:39:10 Lower FPS: Add the option to turn it off. Problem solved. More network lag: You seriously think that adding one byte for ship color and one byte for the tail-marking will cause lag? That's ...

17. Augment the training system....please? - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]

18. [Idea] New module - masking device - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
If we are talking about masking *sensors* only - it would be an EW module, sending out false echos, and false signals for passive scanners. It wouldn't be overly intense to fit and run I think. It would however need some ground rules: 1) Frigate-...
